Error message "Sorry! This computer is not supported" when installing NitroSense software - Acer Community

This computer is not supported” when installing the NitroSense software. This error may occur if the model name in the BIOS does not include the word Nitro. You can verify the system model name in the Acer Care Center application as shown in the screenshot below.</p> <img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6029997/uploads/migrated/acer_final/56352/capture.jpg" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img><p> <br><br><br></p><p>SOLUTION</p> <p>The model name will need to be updated to include the word Nitro. This can only be done at a local service center.
