SYMPTOMS
A display driver conflict may cause white lines or other abnormalities to appear after the system wakes from sleep mode or resumes after a long idle time. Acer is currently releasing BIOS updates to address the video driver conflict.
SOLUTION
You can use either of the methods below to resolve this issue.
Method 1: Download and install the latest BIOS from our Acer Drivers and Manuals page.

Method 2: Use the following steps to rollback the display driver.
- Type Device Manager in the Windows Search Box, and select Device Manager from the list of search results.
- Locate and Right Click on the Intel HD driver under Display.
- Select Properties.
- Select the Driver tab.
- Select Roll Back Driver.
