USB Type-C dock is unable to connect to LAN via the RJ45 port

Why am I unable to connect my USB Type-C dock to the internet?

If your USB Type-C dock is unable to connect to the internet, we recommend downloading and installing the latest LAN driver for the USB Type-C dock from our Acer Drivers and Manuals page.

Note: The LAN driver for the USB Type-C dock is different than the driver used by the computer. You can locate the USB Type-C dock driver by typing Acer USB Type-C Dock in the search box or by selecting Notebook as the "Category" and Accessories as the "Series".
