Go back to the BIOS menu Advanced tab. Is there an option to change SATA mode to AHCI? If not, press Ctrl+S to see if a hidden option appears. Jack E/NJ
It doesn't have one. Tried Ctrl + S but it didn't show hidden options

It has one see attached photo. The choices are  AHCI and RST with Optane

Try changing to and saving AHCI setting. Laptop may not boot anymore. But see if F12 boot option to USB WinPro installation stick now sees the SSD. Jack E/NJ

It installed as I set it on AHCI mode not RST with optane. It also showed available drivers now for the part where you install the Windows 10

These are fairly common issues when switching from ACER WinHome version. If you can get online with wired ethernet to the router, download, install & run iobit's DriverBooster freeware to see if it will pick up any wifi & touchpad drivers that are better suited the the WinPro environment.
