intel I7950H also it avg was 95 now its like 80-83 how can I Get lower ? I Did the 3.8 ghz max instead of 4.5 and I kinda need my stuff lower I only did the throttlestop tho what do you suggest?
Wait.. slower please. One step at a time.
    1. Good you got it reduced by about 15 degree centigrade... one step. Did you follow all TS screenshots, including the values for Speed Shift EPP, FIVR and turbo ratio limits?
Also, if you noticed, I did some undervolting too (not too much, but helps quite some).
    2. 3.8 max instead of 4.5 max wouldn't really hurt unless you are using your system as a high performance server.
    3. I use only throttlestop.
    4. I do use a laptop cooling pad; it really helps.
    5. Most importantly, my windows is highly optimized.
    6. Use park control, set up the parameters like i showed in screenshots, and then you can close it. The parameters stick even if park control is closed. This makes CPUs not in use go to sleep, further reducing power used (and reducing heat in turn).

I got ThrottleStop and reduced my CPU max from 4.5 to 3.8 (I still have turbo, only that instead of hitting max 4.5 on turbo, its stays at max 3.8). Barely noticeable performance hit in games, and my CPU pretty much stays under 70.

Sure, let me know if that helps. What is your processor model?
