Hi!
I have a problem with the part of the battery charger on my Swift. Both parts don't communicate well if the cable is not in a certain position only. It is quite annoying. The laptop is still under warranty, but I use it for work and don't have a replacement for the days it will stay on repair center. It means that if use the warranty I will stay 15 work days without laptop AND without working. I cannot afford this scenario at this time :'(
For this reason, I'm wondering if I can charge the laptop with a USB-C charger. Topics on the web are quite contrasting and I cannot find a sure response.
Can the SF315-52G use the usb-c port for charge?

Thanks!

It doesn't look like that is supported on your model. The standard AC adapter is 65W 19V 1.1x3.0x7.7. If you purchased a third party adapter and it was 1.35x3.0x7.7 it would act as you describe. You need the smaller hole in order to get good contact with the center electrode.
