The simplest way and quickest way is to do a software command prompt as administrator check for your Nitro 5 AN515-43 that is the best way to find out max ram for your laptop. See here how to do that: https://www.maketecheasier.com/how-to-find-out-maximum-ram-capacity-of-computer/ and also use CPUz to see your OEM ram specs and match those specs.

Don't try and put quicker e.g. from OEM ram of DDR4-2400MHz and jump to 3200MHZ or above ram as your chipset will not handle those speeds and the ram will not work. Best is to match your OEM ram specs and get a 2x matching kit because a kit has matching ram speeds, timings and are the set way to upgrade your ram in a pair and to get “Dual Channel” and best speeds.

Yeah but i calculated and it give me 64 but my real answer is if I can change the ram that’s already in my notebook for 2 new, I mean the ram that’s already in the notebook take it out and put 2 of 16 to make 32 is that possible or it’s gonna make some problems

Your Nitro AN515-43 takes a max of 32GB ram not 64GB, you must have calculated it wrongly? See here for all the specs and ram upgrades: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/acer/nitro-5-an515-43

You will NOT have any problems putting 2x 16GB DDR4-2666Mhz ram but don’t mix and/or combine different DDR4 ram with different speeds and/or use your old ram e.g. if you have 4x ram slots and you put 2x 16GB DDR4 2666Mhz ram and you combine that with 1x DDR4 2400MHz then your ram will run at DDR4-2400MHz speed, it has to be all the same to work at the higher speed.

If you want to use Kingston Hyperx that’s ok too. With the ram, all laptops take SODIMM ram while desktops take DIMM ram. The DIMM ram is twice as long as SODIMM ram. SODIMM come in a range of 144 pins to 204 pins while DIMM ram comes in a range of 168 pins to 240 pins

Crucial is a good ram and reliable, have a look here: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/acer/nitro-5-an515-43 at what they recommend as their Ballistix Sport and Ballistix SODIMM 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-2666 Gaming Memory (Black) is very good,

I wouldn’t go to DDR4-3200 as it might not be compatible the Nitro AN515-43 chipset and not work, DDR4-2666MHz is fast enough and will work excellent in your AN515-42 and give you better ram speed. With ram its not only the speed but the timings that matter. Btw the best ram is the G.SKILL International Enterprise Co., Ltd. Ram look here: https://www.gskill.com/ F4-2666C18D-32GRS Ripjaws DDR4 SO-DIMM DDR4-2666MHz CL18-18-18 1.20V 32GB (2x16GB)but its not cheap but it’s the best quality.
