My first Acer was good. It lasted more than a couple of years. We had reason to replace it a few months ago. Its replacement is slightly better than an utter piece of *****. I've tolerated it for far too long. We should have researched a bit more, I know, but I didn't ever think a modern laptop could be this bad. It's slow. I watch the spinning progress indicator for minutes at a time while nothing else happens. Streaming music stops and starts. Web pages load slowly. It freezes, again for minutes at a time while it is completely unresponsive. If I have even a couple of tabs open, it's worse. It's not E or F series, I think. The model number is A315-22-40UY. Can it be this bad? Did I get snowed at the store? Can it be made better? I liked Acer with my first laptop. Thanks
