Changing Startup Sounds in Windows 10

Hello everyone:
I have an Aspire TC-885 running Windows 10 Home. I would really like to step it back in time with some old school startup sounds for Windows 10 (Windows XP Startup sound) and the Windows 2000 startup sound for shutdown. Although, I've come to the conclusion Windows 10 does not have an official shutdown sound, only logoff. I have attempted to change this by following some steps online which required going into the registry and modify a couple things, but that has not enabled my custom startup sound once I had rebooted my computer.

I'm beginning to wonder if establishing a custom startup sound in Window 10 is no longer. Unless someone on here might know otherwise.

Any help would greatly be appreciated

Have you done the Regedit tweak to change ExcludeFromCPL from 1 to 0 for both sound types?
