During Installation of Ubuntu I keep getting this error saying 'Turn of RST before installation'. I didn't install any RST module nor it is turned on in RST setting. I didn't find any setting in BIOS as well. Any suggestions??

Hi, Set the Win to boot in safe mode, restart and go to BIOS then on the main tab press ctrl+s and Sata operation mode will apear - change it from RST to AHCI, save and exit. Win will start in safe mode and will install the drivers needed. After that you will be able to keep your Win and to install Linux.

Did you set the next boot to be in safe mode before changeing to AHCI?

Every reboot drains the battery, so nothing to worry
