I have a Acer A715-75G-50SA laptop with i5 9300H and was able to undervolt with an offset of -0.160. Ran prime95 for 20 mins and played Valorant. It was stable.

Had some trouble with stability, currently have an offset of -0.153. Played Witcher 3 for 3-4 hours without any problems.

What's the undervolt for 9750h? I know the default from manufacturer on PT515-51 is -0.100. Will the ts profile help further?

BiHan theres not an actual undervolt value u start on stable values and keep tweaking it each cpu its different even if the same cpu model keep tweaking it manually with TS to find out whats the max values your cpu supports its the silicon lottery

Parizal i would use hw info or hw monitor to monitor the cpu/gpu temps/voltage/undervolt values and stress test with aida64 or similar eve just with the TS built in stress test in most cases its enough to test if it holds the values or crashes/freezes

I was asking about the profiles made in the initial post. From what I've read in this thread those are stable tweaks that will work on those models and you just need to activate it. I just want to know what is the undervolt applied and if that will help better than the default applied from manufacturer.

BiHan yes thats correct you just have to download and open TS and turn on but if your windows its not properly optimised previously or you have a bad factory thermal paste application TS wont help in anything

Yea I've read that countless time during this thread, my temps are right now 40 idle, 88 avg max fan. I was just wondering if this would make an impact on my system since it is already -0.100 by default. I've looked into the ini file and couldn't find anything to indicate the value of undervolt so if anyone knows this feel free to share please.

BiHan as i already also said whatever TS voltage values you apply are the ones that you will be using theres no way to know the exact settings your cpu can support same cpu doesnt behave the same way its the silicone lottery its up to everyone to do it manually and test it themselves to find out the limits if they wish so i cant seem to understand what youre asking as i have also aready explained countless times what you should do if optimization and TS doesnt work theres not any other ways to solve thermal issues also you shouldnt modify the ini file the confs have to be done inside TS to save and apply the properly

It says in the main post:
"I've compiled a bundle of ThrottleStop configurations for various CPU types.
Each of these downloads are specific to the CPU listed and come pre-setup to optimum undervolt, Speed Shift EPP, power limits and other various tweaks."

What is the value of the undervolt applied to those pre-setup, more specific to the 9750h? I think my question is pretty clear. If not leave it like that.

BiHan to find that value download TS for your own cpu run it and check the FIVR and those are the stable values pre tested i thought this thread couldnt be more clearer u just have to download and run i/turn on nothing  else unless u want to keep tweaking it manually

I have PT515-15 I7-9750h rtx2060, its great reducing temp on idle and gaming, but when gaming is not stable, it will get bsod. anyone facing this issue? Im using gaming profile in TS

Ahmao95 if youre getting bsod you need to post the code there are only 1/2 bsod errors caused by too much undervolt (in which case you have to decrease the undervolt on cache/core its the silicone lottery) everything else has nothing to do with it get bluescreen viewer and check whats really causing it

@xapim Thanks, i also found out that is too much undervolt causing the bsod, now reducing to stock -100mv and is running stable now.

defgames you dont need to be running the latest update wont do anything for you the possible new settings/fixes are for new cpus 10tg gen etc not you 7th gen i would just stay with what u have working and dont complicate it as always if its working dont try to break it :)

    http: ThrottleStop Pre-Configured Setups

I've compiled a bundle of ThrottleStop configurations for various CPU types.
Each of these downloads are specific to the CPU listed and come pre-setup to optimum undervolt, Speed Shift EPP, power limits and other various tweaks.

Each setup has energy governance for while plugged in and on battery:
Profiles will automatically switch between AC and battery profiles when you plug or unplug your laptop.

Since the Nvidia GPU switches to "Powermizer" mode while on battery, the battery CPU profiles were adjusted accordingly to maintain proper performance and battery efficiency.

Note: Nothing negative can happen to your system from using these configurations.
At worst case - Your laptop will reboot but no damage would have been done (I have yet to see this happen from my files)
These configurations can be used even if your Predator Sense has undervolting built in.

These profiles may cause certain games to lose a few FPS but drop temperatures variably between 5-20 C.

    **DISCLAIMER**
While I have tested these profiles extensively, that doesn't guarantee that your system will accept it without issue.
Variables such as tweaks you've imposed yourself could cause conflicts with unknown effects.
    Please proceed with caution.

    How to use these files:
    1. Simply download (& extract if required) the folder signatured with the same CPU you have in your system and place it in "My Documents"
    2. Open the folder and run the "Throttlestop.exe" and you're done. (Yes really it's that simple)

In progress (I do not have a system with this CPU at this time to test)
    i7-9750H

How to set Throttlestop to auto startup at boot

Once you have tested thoroughly the Throttlestop configurations you've downloaded (And by thoroughly I mean HOURS of gaming or high productivity use) you can set Throttlestop to automatically start at system boot up by following this guide to create a task schedule. I have yet to see any issues arise from using my setups.

Example photo of Before & After Throttlestop

Let me know in the comments below your results and if you have any questions!
    Enjoy!
Have you happened to find preset values for the i5-9300H as of now?

depthcontrol all the profiles are tested by him and he didnt had anyone who could borrow him one with that cpu yet but the previous gen conf works fine just keep tweaking it manually until you find the sweet spot as soon as it starts to bsod just go back in the settings a bit and thats it only change cpu core/cache and the values must always match on both im even using the 7th gen confs on my aspire 5 10th gen i5U and on my spin5 8th gen i7U all work flawless i can squeeze 12h+ battery life on my spin5 gaming on my shadow vm and dont forget to optimise windows properly first also bare in mind optimising and undervolting doesnt work all the time sometimes a repaste with kryonaout or similar its the only solution good luck :)

I have a question. I have a Helios 300 (2019) PH315-52-74DX. It is factory undervolted to -125mV. I was able to see the undervolt when installed Intel XTU. Later I decided to use Throttlestop so I uninstalled it. But now I can't see the undervolt in throttlestop and in HWinfo. I reinstalled Intel XTU and was able to see the undervolt in all three applications(Intel XTU,Throttlestop and HWInfo). But uninstalling Intel XTU again doesn't show the undervolt in Throttlestop. Does removing Intel XTU remove the Undervolt too? If yes, how to get it back to default -125mV on boot up?

Gowtham_sekar if you were using xtu previous ly did you uninstalled it correctly by defaulting the settings first and uninstall it then shutdown (not restart) and reset bios to defaults and no PS has its own xtu separated service (do not remove it) the stock undervolting profiles are built into PS itself and also the bios has nothing to do with the buggy intel xtu software that in my personal view no one should use anyway the proper way to undervolt will always be TS :) and yes you cn undervolt it further from the acer stock values manually with TS until you find the sweet spot for your cpu good luck
