    Hello,

Even the menu due to incorrect upgrade stops at the ACER A1 830 device to start in the grove of ACER.

I can't couple tablet to PC, because won't start.

I can't do anything, because tablet don't start and dont' go to boot mode with push power buton + volume down.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Sorry could you message me again about my tablets issues? My messages are no longer here and still have trouble getting past the recovery screen. Thanks!

The following steps will erase all of your personal information, all stored contacts, and any programs you have installed on your tablet.

    SOLUTION

    1. Power off the tablet.
    2. Press and hold Volume Up and the Power Button together. Release the Power Button after three second and continue holding Volume Up until you see the boot screen.
    3. Select Recovery.
    4. Use Volume Down to highlight Wipe data/factory reset. Press the Power Button to select it.
    5. Select Yes -- delete all user data.
    6. Select reboot system now after the reset is complete.

Please contact Acer support center if the steps does not resolve the issue.
