Hey,

I recently bought a new Acer E5 - 573G notebook and when i'm connecting my headphones to the front panel - nothing happens. I installed the newest Realtek HD Audio Drivers. Windows 10 doesn't see my headphones which work fine on my deskop.

I'm looking forward to get some advice.

Cheers!

I have noticed that the headphones output wasn't placed correctly. I opened the notebook case, then put once again and the headphones plug fits now.

your bluetooth problem could be due to the recent cumulative update. it broke the bluetooth in many systems.
microsoft has subsequently rectified the problem and issued another cumulative update.
so i suggest install the latest windows update manually.
