Acer PH315-52 Keyboard Buffering Problem

Hello, I just bought this laptop and I am experiencing some keyboard buffering problem, when holding a certain combination of keys, some keys will not work until you release the other buttons.
For example:
1. Holding Z+I then pressing J will NOT work, but pressing L will still work
2. When holding Z+I+J in this order, releasing I or Z it will immediately start typing J, so it looks like J has been queued
This is causing problem when playing games that requires multiple keys pressing at the same time, does anyone know how to fix this?

I tried installing the "Adds keyboard scan code", still doesn't work, can you specify what I should download?

brianuuuSonic you tried to install or you installed bios updates will be installed if you updated it theres no half way the half way bricks the laptops if the bios update didnt changed anything try a factory stock reset clean install to rule out any software issues (backup whatever you need first it will format everything to how it was out of the box) if the issue still persists after this its a hardware issue send it to warranty for a repair/replace

PS: bios updates are no joke only update if youre really sure it will fix your issues and once on the latest theres no way to downgrade via conventional methods

It is strange that he did not solve @xapim. The update refers to the problem it is facing, see: https://www.win.tue.nl/~aeb/linux/kbd/scancodes-1.html
It was because of this link that I asked him to update uef-bios, without trying other tips before!

@egydiocoelho Yup it's weird he should also reset bios to defaults after every update as the previous settings/issues most of the times stick until you load the defaults
