As I don't see specifically the A515-51-59DP or know how it compares with other models that are listed here, I have the following questions:
Will this model support the M.2 NVMe?
What maximum size will this model accommodate?
Recommendations on reliable M.2 brand for this application?

    There are many brand available  you can go with either Samsung 970 EVO SSD or WD BLACK NVMe M.2 SSD. 
    Its completely upto you to choose the best one

    • Hard disk drive / Solid state drive  M.2 SSD / 7.0/9.5mm co-lay (Support HDD Door), design reserve for Intel Optane
     Support SATA/SSHD up to 2TB
