Acer Swift 3 Screen Ghosting (SF315-52G-53CW)

I’ve got a ghosting issue on my swift 3; i’ve tried different os, with different outcomes: in W10 and Ubuntu there is the ghosting, in Elementary Os there is no trace of it, if I plug the laptop to a tv there is no gohsting as well

    Hi, kindly try to duplicate the screen by following the below steps.
    1. On your keyboard, press the Windows Key + X and select Control Panel.
    2. Click Appearance and Personalization, then click Display.
    3. Click the Resolution or Adjust Resolution option from the left column.
    4. Expand the drop-down menu next to “Multiple displays” and select Duplicate these Displays.
    5. Click OK to apply the changes and close the window.

    Hi, also Try uninstalling and re-installing the Display drivers of the unit, follow the steps below:

    1) In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
    2) Right-click (or press and hold) the display driver of the device, and select Uninstall.
    3) Restart your PC.
    4) Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

    I cannot find the display option in control paner, here is what i get
    if i right click on desktop and enter disply settings it does not show me any multiple display settings

    i've uninstalled the monitor driver but windows does not try to reistall it, at least is not showing me any message about it
