Here is situation: In 2017, my laptop (Aspire E5-511G-C2PK) was hit by harmfull Ubuntu 17.10 update which locks my BIOS from changes. I used to take my notebook to service center.. Here service guy reflashed my BIOS. But after reflashing LAN card, Bluetooth and Wi-fi Cards, CardReader and discrete GPU (nVidia GeForce 810M) just get lost (not a single reference in Windows Device Manager). All this devices are from PCI-e bus Also driver reinstallation for all that devices reports same error - no device. I'v tryed myself to update BIOS from acer website. It was successfull, but devices are still missing((
Month ago I found this thread on some devices repairing forum: http://vlab.su/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=56385. Here guys said that official BIOS updates from acer official web site does not contain some required info for PCI-e devices (LAN card, Bluetooth and Wi-fi Cards, CardReader and discrete GPU). They fixed this error by reflashing old BIOS over new and then again new. But in my case I don't have old (original) BIOS binary which was installed in my laptop.
So my question is: can I find any utility to change BIOS settings, or can I find original FULL Acer Aspire E5-511G-C2PK BIOS with proper default settings?! And why the hell official BIOS updates does not contain all requred proper default settings in it!?

    Good evening Prigoryan !

First of all, I don't know of any kind of "Bios blocking linux update".
I work directly with Linux for over 20 nos and never even knew of any such situation.

Acer does not provide Bios updates other than .EXE (Bios developers have only made such updates available for several years).

By the rules of the forum is not allowed to share any kind of change procedure in Bios.

Good day to you, Mr. @MaClane !
Here is info about BIOS corruption bug in Ubuntu 17.10 beta: https://itsfoss.com/ubuntu-17-10-bios-bug/
And here is bug report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1734147

So how do I fix my PCI-e devices work again?
I found InsydeH2O BIOS utilities in the internet. H2OSDE utility which is used to view/change SMBIOS info shows me that my OnBoardDevices ar not enabled: "Realtek Lan Controller" and "IGD" (Internal Graphics Device as I assume) are both disabled reporting 0x55 and 0x53 values corresponding instead of 0x85 and 0x83 (bit 7 indicates wheather device enabled or disabled).

So could Acer release BIOS patch for Aspire E5-511G-C2PK which could enable PCI-e devices in this model!? Because it seems like software (BIOS) problem, not a hardware!

P.S. Here is confirmations that original BIOS from Acer Web site disables LAN cards and Discrete GPUs:

Ok, Mr. @MaClane, thanks to your reply.
I found in the internet that Lan Controller and Discrete GPU are disabled due to bad/incomplete official BIOS updates for E5-511G-C2PK at acer web site.
Now I will look for a method how to fix it because I don't want to by a new laptop just because of sucks service.
And if i will in future - it defenetly would not be Acer... So sad about such service...

So I found the problem. Seems like Acer screwed up with BIOSes. My Notebook's sticker on body says It's Z5WAL, but motherboard text confirms it's A5WAM. So where can I find A5WAM bios updater? Because Accer support provides only Z5WAL bioses and not A5WAM!!!
