i have bought a predator laptop 2019 version with rtx2060. i can install windows without problem or reinstall . i check all that. however, i would like to have ubuntu i parallel so i partitioned the disk and have windows on one side. when i tried to install ubuntu 18.04.3 in the installation process the system does not detect my laptop as well the laptop storage. when i tried live mode i does not show me the storage partition. Also, in the bios security setting it is written there Nvme does not support HDD.  how can i solve that

Thank you. i  used to do install ubuntu in dual boot. the main problem here is the installation cannot begin because i don't have access to the computer resources such as storage during the installation process with ubuntu. but when i use windows on the usb and try to install it gets through with no problem. so Ubuntu does not but windows can see the storage. and i don't know the causes.
