bluescreen errors nitro 5

My laptop acer nitro 5 an 515 52 is getting a lot of bluescreen errors like UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION, please help

    In the Search box type Windows Memory Diagnostic and then run the tool, it may be a memory problem, let us know the result

    Read this article but don't download their repair tool, just take your time and work through the possible fixes. Let us know how it goes

    In that case I would reinstall Windows, reboot and press Alt F10 at the Acer logo

    i did the windows reinstall and i am still getting the error after a little bit of gameplay

    It looks very much like faulty RAM to me

    You can do the following.

    1. Replace your RAM
    2. Replace your HDD/SSD
    3. Download fresh copy of windows, then reinstall.
    4. Update your drivers.
    5. Return to Acer Service Center and have it checked by a certified technician
