Hi, have an acer swift 1 (SF114-31)
Fresh win 10 install - touchpad won't work. Installed ALL drivers off acer website, ran all windows updates. Still no luck, scroll or click. - not even detected by device manager. External mouse fine. Please someone a solution please. And yes have tried FN F7 before someone mention.

Thanks.

Please check what other users has been talking about the issue with touchpad not working on units with Windows 10.

There are a few troubleshooting users tried and it fixed the touchpad issue.

Open Device Manager. Are any errors or informationals showing ? Open Human Interface Devices.  Is anything there with the word "Pad" in it ? (e.g. HID compliant touch pad). If so open it. Under "General" does it say "this device is working properly" or something else ?

Need to start from here and go one way if there and another if not.

Tried everything on this post. No avail. If it makes a difference it shipped on win10 it hasn't been upgraded from 8/8.1

Nothing shows up in devmgr, doesn't even detect that it has a touchpad. Only time anything shows up is when a USB mouse is connected

OK then the next place to go is MSINFO32.EXE>Components>Input>Pointing Devices and see what is there particularly if a Status is not "OK".
