I have a Predator PT515-51 which has 512gb m2 ssd.I plan to upgrade it with two 1TB m2 ssd but i can't get into Intel Raid Setup section with CTRL+I keys. There aren't any raid options about it in BIOS either. The only thing I can change either AHCI or RST Premium with Optane. What can I do about it?Any opinions guys?

Ok here's what I did! Before installing ssd's I made a recovery usb using acer care then I installed ssd's (for some reason I couldn't install windows via rufus created usb). After installing windows via recovery usb, I created raid array using Intel RST tool on Windows. After creating raid array I could install windows on raid array!

If youre going to work in raid you have to have it setup in rst premium as far as im aware and then set it up on rst on windows9im not too familiar with raid on laptops only on desktops but it shouldnt be much different)  are you planning to upgrade to 1tb 2X1tb raid correct i think for that you would have to clone your exixting 512gb drive into one of the 1tb via easeus partition master for ex the replace it for the 512gb install the other 1tb in the second slot and see if its booting fine after perform an acer facory reset (not keeping any files ALT+F10 on boot but make sure you have backed up everythig u need or dont as u already have the old 52 with everything on it) and do a fresh windows install after that check if its in raid or if you can setup the raid in rst on windows this is my best guess about it maybe someone else may step in to give some more views about it for ex @egydiocoelho @IronFly @JackE

I already installed 2x1TB 970 EVO and I couldn't get into Intel Raid Option Rom with CTRL+I keys or from BIOS. When I checked reviews about my laptop before buying it reviewed laptops had two 256GB m2 ssds on raid 0 so I thought there would be an option about it! If I setup raid on windows it won't be saved on BIOS is that correct?
