Hello,
My Acer nitro has been working fine, as today I was watching a video as usual. However, my internet connection suddenly stopped completely out of the blue, and it wouldn't connect back since. All of my other devices with internet work normally, just not my laptop. I troubleshooted it, and it turns out my Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 adapter is "experiencing driver or hardware-related problems." I have restarted my computer twice and it hasn't done anything. What is the best way to fix my laptop?

    Good night muhamed !

What exact model of your laptop?
Have you tried removing the drivers and reinstalling?
Have you tried connecting to another wireless network?

  • Can you connect the notebook to an ethernet cable and update the drivers on intel's websites? Have you tried restoring the notebook to a point before the problem?

Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely.
Hold down the ALT key down and press the Power key to turn on the computer.
Immediately after pressing the power key, keep on tapping the F10 key while you are still holding down the Alt key. Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.
    Select Troubleshoot.
