I have a Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G which is still in warranty period.

I've sent it for repair 4 times now and I don't know what to do next.
The problem is that it's keyboard is not working fine. Sometimes some specific keys don't work (no matter how hard you press).

3 times the keyboard has been replaced by the engineer and 2 times I reinstalled windows still the same problem.

Keyboard gets replaced, works perfectly fine for 4 days and then the same problem with the same keys. Sometimes they'd work and most of the times they don't work.

Tried updating drivers, BIOS etc still nothing.
This last time even the motherboard got replaced by the engineer still same problem.

What should I do now Except selling it or asking Acer for another piece. And how should I ask them for a replacement piece?!

The keyboard ribbon cable connector on the mainboard probably should be re-seated a few times to clean its contacts. The bottom cover and battery must be removed to access this connector. Jack E/NJ
