    Can you post the monitor's make and model number?
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    Follow the links in my signature for possibly better FPS. When I played RUST I had its FPS locked at 60 and got stable 60.

    @Reeee

    RUST --> F1 to open console --> type the below and press ENTER

    fps.limit 60

    where 60 is the target FPS. Try this before trying 144.

    I forgot to ask is the fps that is limited to 30 or the refresh rate? Disable Vsync to check if the fps will up and disable battery boost from Geforce experience if you have it installed.

    Have you tried disabling battery boost from geforce experience? Make sure the power plan is set to max performance from windows and nvidia control panel and make sure the device is plugged in while you are gaming.
