Hi, @nihal9152 Since the reinstalling driver didn't help.
    Try Bios Default:
    1) Shutdown the device.
    2) Press the power button immediately press F2 button multiple times which will allow you to go to bios.
    3) Press F9 and then press enter.
    4) Press F10 then save and exit.
    5) Check if it works, if not then there might a damage to the audio port. Try to check with acer warranty support for further assistance or local technician.

    Hi @nihal9152,
Try to reinstall the sound drivers.
Open your Device Manager, find your sound card again, and right-click on the icon. Select Uninstall. This will remove your driver, but don't panic. Restart your computer it will be installed automatically.

    Hi @nihal9152,
If even after tying the above if its still not working then try to do a reset with keeping your files. it will remove your app and programs but you wont loose your doc,pic or info on the unit.

    1. Navigate to Settings. ...
    2. Select "Update & security"
    3. Click Recovery in the left pane. ...
    4. Click Get started under Reset this PC.
    5. Click Remove everything. ->just remove my files->Reset.
