Hello,
My screen is currently locked to 60hrz, how can I go to 120-144hrz ? I am on HDMI. I tried with DP, same problem. Thank you!

Have you checked if there is an option for overclock from the OSD menu?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Yes. I turned it on and rebooted. I am still at 60 Hz according to  https://www.testufo.com/...

Edit: Fixed! If anyone is wondering, make sure to go to the Geforce experience panel if you are using Nvdia. The software was trying to optimize my graphic options to 4k while I was trying to play in 1080. Select your game, click on Details, then click on the wrench icon. Select the resolution you want. If you don't do this, any in-game changes will be overridden. I was playing in 4k low resolution even if I had selected 1080 Ultra 144Hz in the option menu.
