Hi
My predator logo and stripes light does not work on since I am buy it
And I am trying to format it several times and the same result. 
Please help me to solve it.

    @Ali12 no one here will be able to help you because that should be a hardware issue (faulty) You will have to contact your seller/shop or acer support for a warranty repair/replacement and i think this could be the reason why they removed the lighting from the H300 series when they started to manufacture them to avoid more issues

    Where did you buy it? Did you register it to the acer warranty? Better have it warrantied because i think that is a hardware malfunction and cant be solved by software.

    I bought it from his company who has purchased from Amazon and I do not think it contains a guarantee.

    I bought it from his company who has purchased from Amazon and I do not think it contains a guarantee. 
    Check your serial number and try to register it to the acer website. Maybe it still has running warranty. Also, check if the stickers underneath the laptop are still intact.

    Can you post your device's specs and full model number, e.g G9-593-12XY.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
