This can only be "fixed" in the bios! But not all bios allow you to change the pre-allocated memory of the video card, because there is a risk of the notebook turning a brick! Can you take a picture of this setting?

There is nothing to fix as there is no issue. 2,1gb are reserved for the vega gpu in your cpu
Please click "Yes" if I have answered your question.

The issue you're experiencing with your Acer Nitro 5 could be due to several factors, such as:

    1. Hardware reserved memory: Some of your RAM may be reserved for hardware functions such as the BIOS, integrated graphics, or other hardware components.
    2. Operating system limitations: Depending on the version of Windows you are using, it may have limitations on the amount of RAM it can utilize. For example, the 32-bit version of Windows can only access up to 4GB of RAM.

To address the issue, you can try the following solutions:

    1. Check your BIOS settings: Go to your system BIOS settings and check if there is any memory reserved for hardware functions. If there is, try to reduce the amount of reserved memory.
    2. Upgrade to a 64-bit operating system: If you are currently using a 32-bit version of Windows, consider upgrading to a 64-bit version. This will allow you to access all of your installed RAM.
    3. Re-seat your RAM: Sometimes, the issue may be caused by loose or improperly seated RAM modules. Try removing and reinserting your RAM sticks to ensure they are properly seated.
    4. Test your RAM: There may be a hardware issue with your RAM modules. You can use a tool like Memtest86 to test your RAM for errors.
