After 2 months of ownership my computer has been running hot enough to feel a slight burning on my fingertips through the keyboard. Nitrosense says an average temperature of 202 F (93c) with spikes up to .  In addition to this, my keyboard is now experiencing difficulties recognizing keys when I type.

I have attempted to clean out the keyboard, and blow out the fans to little effect.

Any suggestions, or should I just contact support to see if they can repair the issue?

    Hi.

The temperature peak, is it a game or in normal use?

    Regards.

The temperature average of 200ish is while I am gaming, average use is 130ish.  This is after I have turned down all the settings of several games (Apex, BATTLETECH, Tomb Raider) to their absolute minimum, and capped off their FPS at 40.

It sounds like the laptop is in need of a thermal paste reapplication. This is something you may be able to have done under warranty. If you want a better thermal paste than what Acer uses, you'll have to re-paste it yourself. This process is well documented here on the forums and also on YouTube.
