Bought a Nitro 5 AN515-52 75GS in August and just noticed that it should actually run 144Hz on the display, but just runs 60Hz. Anybody got a fix? Tried going through Advanced Display Settings and changing it but I only get the 60Hz option.

Thanks in advance!

I have the exact same panel on the Nitro 5 that I have, and additionally you can check the display panel's specs online by searching it on google.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Download HWiNFO, expand 'monitor' section and click on the display model. Post the model of the display panel here.

It only shows the external monitor I am using every day. Right now I am not connected but it still just shows the external one.. should it not show the laptop monitor?

I mainly use it for my studies, it requires a relatively powerful computer, so the display mz was just a bonus in any case ;) Thanks for the quick answers to all here! Will use this forum more actively in the future!
