You cannot check gpu/cpu health the gpu/cpu either works or not its the silicon lottery the issue here is it seems you are having thermal issues check your temps
temps are really high. 50+ during idle and 95+ when I am trying to play. It kind of starts to throttle and causes stutters in game after like 5-10 min of gaming. I will try reapplying thermal paste when it arrives, in the meantime anything else I need to know or can try to solve some of the issue?

Oh and I want to talk about another issue I am having. Anytime I play videos whether in browser or a media players, occasions I get a black screen for a second or 2. Anyone knows why that is happening

Hey guys, so I opened the computer yesterday and the fans were really really messed up, the guy before me never cleaned it I presume. So now I am getting really way better thermals. Like 60 degrees when playing league of legends compared to 97 degrees and throttling.

But I still have 1 problem that idk how to fix, its kind of 2 issues but similar.
First when i try to install a driver or something and it asks me to restart, the computer turns on but I get a black screen and I can see and press the keyboard but nothing on screen.
Second when playing videos on browser or media player occasionally get just randomly a black screen for a second or 2.

Undervolt and optimize windows regarding your other issues try a battery power drain press battery pinhole for 30s and let it rest for about 20mnts then boot into bios reset setup defaults see if it helps if not might have something to do with windows itself it would be a good idea for a fresh install but backup all u need first

Also use Acer stock drivers you you aren't using it already they are the best drivers to use they were customized for your hardware's best performance

So you still face the same issue that is weird the last thing that u can try it's a fresh windows install reset to factory settings using acer factory system recovery it might fix it as your issue might also be due to some windows update microsoft has been messing up a lot lately with the updates this i why mine are completely disabled since i ugraded to 1809 when it came out apart from this nothing else comes to my mind right now but make sure to backup everything first before a fresh install in case you perform one

Yup. When the screen is black I tried connecting to monitor with HDMI. It got no input and didn't detest it.
