This post is an update of a question I asked some time ago on the screen of my Predator Helios 300. The problem, described in detail is the following: The screen of my laptop came with horizontal lines that would cover a large part of the screen, these they are arranged including a line of pixels every two pixels and appear and disappear in shells of 2 seconds if I have the monitor in 144hz and every 4 if I have it in 60hz.

So far I have tried connecting an external monitor and this, in its different modes (30hz, 45hz, 60hz and 120hz) works perfect. I installed the latest graphics card drivers and nothing. I hope you can help me, at this time I am far away from the nearest technical service and I do not think I can take it to guarantee until next year.
Thanks.

This is the laptop:

Well it all points to a faulty display screen i would sent it to warranty for a repair/replacement but contact amazon first to sse what they decide they might even just replace the full laptop if they start to act funny contact acer support directly, anyway before sending it back to whoever alwasy backup everything important you have as they might also perform a clean factory reset and you will loose everything you had stored
