@predatorofman check on windows privacy settings if the webcam is enabled or not (i don't use min so i disabled it) but for ex i installed acer crystal eye webcam software just to check if its working fine and don't expect too much from the webcam as they are all the same in all models its a 1.3mp as far as i can recall if you want/need more quality you will have to buy an external one i recommend logitech  you can get the webcam software from google (or just use skype or teamviewer just to check it) crystal eye was the software that acer used to provide in older laptops as now its all managed by windows there is no webcam software from acer or any other pre-installed to check your hardware temps usage etc use hwmonitor and for hardware model number, brand etc hwinfo

You can only check hdd/sdd health as far as i'm aware you don't have any software available to the public to scan for mobo gpu/cpu faults only technicians/engineers should have access to those if they exist they perform the same as autodata does for mechanics to pinpoint faults just setting an example as anyone can get a full working autodata the issue and the most expensive its the plugs/adapters for each car brand :) but hey u can have a go through here https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/13-windows-diagnostics-tools-check-pcs-health/ it wont help too much some i already mentioned but as i said this is what is available to the average user

You can scan HDD, SSD, and battery using Acer Care Center.
Trying to do my best here - Your happy Predator owner =)!

yup u can but that does exactly what windows center does it tells you nothing major it wont tell you if you have any faults or if anything is about to fail as i said above such real time diagnostic software its just available to repair shops and technicians/engineers as far as i had seen and to check hdd's health (not ssds) u have spinrite and hddregenerator and loads of tools available but to tell u if the mobo/cpu/gpu are failing or about to fail there is nothing availablethat coulr really tell you unless you suffer the faults when it fails
