Hi, I purchased the Acer GN246HL about 6 months ago, and I only recently got a cable to support the 144Hz refresh rate that it supposedly supports. Since the monitor has only a single HDMI input, I got a HDMI-DisplayPort cable. Then, when I moved the refresh rate up to 144Hz in nVIDIA control panel, the monitor went black, and said "Input Not Supported," and only went back to normal after a restart. I then moved the refresh rate up to only 75Hz, and it didn't crash. Anybody know how to get 144Hz?

Let us know which SKU you have, there should be a full part number that looks something like MM.LW3AA.xxx
