Two different issues:

G3-572, I installed w10 1809 on it and noticed ntoskrnl heating the pc while it is in idle. Is there some way to fix it?

I have other partition with 1803 installed without this problem, my main OS instance, btw. But, when I start some games on it, no matter which gpu I tell it to use, it have poor performance on laptop display... and when I plug an external monitor and play on it, performance is where it should. What can I do?

First of all if you are using the latest nvidia drivers forget it they are screwed (downgrade and never upgrade if you don't need to) regarding the 1809 i upgraded it the day it came out and never had any issues i think u might have some spyware/adware running hidden on background using the resources

In the 1803 where gpu performance is strange, I'm using factory drivers.

In 1809... I think I will reinstall it. It is a clean install, but I think disabling certain services made ntoskrnl misbehave. Better reinstall than test service one by one

Screwed how? Also, do you mean the 417.xx driver or also the 416.xx one?
