First of all fortnite is a really bad optimized game if you were playing it with the same laptop before and with more fps it was some update you installed either windows or nvidia or you have throttling cpu have u checked your temps

My temps are between 140-160F ( Fahrenheit ) Underload. Do you think I should just factory Restart Because when I didn’t update when i got laptop a couple weeks ago it was awesome. But then a bunch updates later it’s lowered my FPS by a least 70%. And that why posted on the forums. Thank you for the help.

It's a problem with 417.22.  Just download the previous version, 417.01, and install only the components you actually need.  I leave out 3D Vision driver and GeForce Experience, as I don't need either one.

MAKE SURE YOU DO A CLEAN INSTALL.  That little check box on the bottom left.  It will eliminate any "cross contamination" from the previous driver install.  You'll also want to go back and set your 3D settings in the NVIDIA Driver Control panel, as they get reverted to defaults whenever you change the driver.
