Good day.
Please explain if the following laptop work is normal (Acer Extensa 2540):
The laptop is connected to the power supply. It works properly. At some point, both LEDs blink: blue and red. At the same time, the indication that the laptop is connected to the power supply is replaced by the indication of battery operation (in Windows). The battery becomes to discharge. After turning off the laptop, both indicators continue to blink, but with a much lower frequency (slow). The next day, it earned as before - began to charge.
Is this normal? What does the light indication mean? Is it possible to read somewhere what this indication means?

Sincerely.
Eugene.

Not normal. Blinking red or amber suggests a problem with the battery. How old is the battery? Jack E/NJ
