My father bought me a Predetor Helios 300 in Amazon US. I live here in the Philippines and my father is not a US citizen. My laptop stopped working so i brought it to a acer service center in the philippines they said the motherboard is broken and needed to replace costing around 50kphp. They said international warranty not covered in the philippines but covered in the usa and return it to the seller. do i mail my laptop to amazon or acer? what is your procedure for that? is there anyone can help? I'm so disappointed in acer now.
