Well, I already did it. Nothing is happening. I already checked the configuration on setting and touchpad is on.

Can you give me some commands about what to write on console?

i don't have a switch but i did find in another acer that the touchpad doesn't work (or freezes a lot) with linux if in the BIOS the "advanced" option is selected for the touchpad.  If there is that option, try setting it to "basic" and see what happens (basic still allows for click emulation, vertical and horizontal scolling etc)  If it's still not working from the get go, try the FN +F7 once more.

The problem with that, is switch 5 doesn't have that option on bios.
I read a lot online, but I couldn't find the answer

OK. Left click on start menu. Left click system center control panel. Go to hardware section. Click on mouse & touchpad.  Make sure touchpad is turned on or if any error messages are displayed. Jack E/NJ

just a long shot - when you have live booted, does FN + F7 key combination spring it into life?  Also, if you press the windiws key, type touchpad, enter on that option, then go to the enable/disable touchpad option, is  "disable touchpad when mouse is plugged in" ticked? if so, untick and apply.

When I tried Mint, I had intermittent touchpad problems.  I don't have a Switch.  I don't have any touchpad problems with latest Ubuntu 17.10.1.

I'm out of suggestions.  Good luck.

Heh-heh. When I tried Win10, I had intermittent touchpad problems after the first Win10 update. I have a Switch. I don't have any touchpad problems with the latest Mint 18.3. I don't use Win10 anymore on my Switch. =) Jack E/NJ

Well now that I checked this option, I can see it says no touchpad found. Probably the computer doesn't recognize the touchpad and only thinks is a keyboard
