What is the version of windows you are running?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Most likely some system file got corrupted, preventing windows from starting up. You should use your recovery drive to re-install windows. To do so follow these steps:
    1.Plug-in the USB recovery drive
2.Turn on the laptop and press F12(boot menu), if the boot menu doesn't appear, go to BIOS(press F2 at boot) and from 'BOOT' tab enable the F12 boot menu, then safe and exit. Not the F12 menu will be available. From the menu select the USB drive as a boot drive.
    3. The system will now boot from the USB drive.
    4. Go to to troubleshoot and try startup repair, then if it doesn't work try system image recovery. If nothing works try with system restore. If there is a restore point created, windows will revert back to a previous date and it is likely to fix the corrupted files. With this method only the most recent files will be lost.
    5. If that doesn't work, you should re-install windows with the recovery drive.

If you don't have a recovery drive, you have to create a windows installation media from another PC. You should prepare at least 16GB USB drive. Visit this page to download the desired version of windows that you have had previously on your device. After the windows image file is downloaded, you should download and run rufus. Plugin the USB drive and open rufus after it is downloaded and set the settings the same way as shown in the picture. Make sure you run rufus after you connect the USB.

After the USB drive is prepared follow steps 1 to 5 from above.

Then you have to create windows installation media(look at my previous post), but you need another working PC in order to be done.
