how can i enable TrueHarmony on my Aspire A515-51G?

hello,
as in the title how can i enable TrueHarmony ?
my speaker driver is downloaded from my device support page and there's no option in the speaker proprites to enable TrueHarmony

    If you can't disable true harmony you can always check the option 'disable all sound effects' found in speaker properties under enhancement tab.
    That might help you with the bass.
    Nope not helping
    So I ended up installing Dolby Driver and bass is working and it's great

    I think it's built in, it's a magnet in speaker.  If the sticker on the laptop says it has it, it does.

    I think it's built in, it's a magnet in speaker.  If the sticker on the laptop says it has it, it does.
    it says it's supported on the sticker but on some laptop there's a option to enable it

    Not sure what to do then, maybe ask Acer support, they should be open today.
