Why I asked this question: I want to connect an external graphic card with Type-C. If it doesn't have Thunderbolt 3 , how can I connect it?

As it was already said by brummyfan2 on another thread, the laptop has a M.2 port which supports PCI-e gen 3.0 x4.
So if I plug an external GPU in this M.2 port, will it be blocked by the BIOS?

Your USB 3.1 Type-C port isn't thunderbolt. Unfortunately, connecting an external GPU requires you to have thunderbolt.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

This is pointless in my opinion. You already have GTX 1050 or 1050Ti in your laptop, which is powerful enough. To get the most out of the GPU, you need at least a PCI-e express port gen 3.0 with 8 lanes, which can't be provided by the laptop. With 4 lanes gen 3.0 the GPU will work with 95% of total capacity. Reduce the lanes to 2 and the GPU's performance will be even less. Reduce it to a single lane and it will be even less. Most Wifi cards are connected to 1 lane and if the PCIe port is gen 1.1(like my device see picture below), it is just not worth it, if it even outputs any image at all.

Download HWiNFO and go to the same place as you see in the picture:

Is this is the wifi card? If yes, then you can't connect external GPU.

The same situation as my laptop. For an external GPU, you need at least 4 pcie lanes gen 3.0, which is 4x8=32GT/s. Your wifi card is connected to a single lane, which is gen 1.1, or 1x2.5= 2.5GT/s, which is very far from enough. As I said in my previous post, you won't even get an image from the eGPU. GTX 1050Ti is powerful enough to run most games at max settings and FHD resolution. You don't even need an external GPU.

Yes, most likely it will be blocked by the BIOS. M.2 port is used for storage, so Acer most likely made it stay that way.
