can you please post a screenshot of iRST on windows?

just to understand which drives are involved on the RAID array.

by the way, probably your laptop has a single SSD splitted in 2 parts with its own controller set as RAID.

keep in mind that you will need to re-install windows from scratch.

    ok, try this:
right click the delete.bat file and choose to edit

    then add this string

    rstcli64.exe --manage --delete PREDATOR

save it and try to run the delete.bat as on your previous try

RAID can't be changed on BIOS.

are you installing windows 10 OS?
probably is missing a driver to access the RAID, can be the nmve or RAID driver (that's strange since it's Intel based)

to have the RAID0 back, you can try this guide (you don't need to download the CLI since you can use the RAID tool to create it and as system recovery, you can use the windows installation media, just copy the raid tool files on the USB flash drive root):

i want to get rid of the raid0 to have two hdd. one i intel 1to that i swapped and the second from the computer.

when i scan for nvme or raid driver, windows find nothing. but i dowloaded exe from intel website.

    strange, my biod find it.

what is stranger is that a working windows was on that ssd. its like if the bios just allow raid0 ssd

    sorry but i don't understand.

are you able to boot to windows?
if so and once SSD is missing.
press windows logo + x keys
    click on disk management
you will find the other SSD listed, just right click it and choose to Format is as NTFS

windows dont boot anymore. it dont recognize my nvme drive.
when i boot with windows setup from the usb drive, the drive selection is empty.

the story is : i had a windows laptop with a single nvme drive. i took this drive to but it in a new laptop.
the bios see this drive, but boot with it. and when i boot from a usb windows install, i see none of my nvme drive.

BIOS is fixed to RAID, no way to change but you can change to PRO 960.

RAID is only a protocol, using it doesn't mean your drive will be added to an RAID array.

I just ordered a Triton 700 and a 960 Pro 1T SSD with the hopes to replace the 2 256G SSD's... Can this model run with 1 SSD Drive?

I have a Acer Predator 17X GX-792 and I want to do the exact same thing.  I want to replace the 2 256G SSD with one Samsung Pro 960.  Has anyone done this successfully and what exactly was the process?  Really hoping this can be done because I just spent $1200 on the 2TB 960Pro.

Where do you download the intel raid driver? Please provide the link. I want to change the ssd on my triton but facing the same issue. The new drive didn't show up when required to choose drive to install windows.
