    you can upgrade "memory" (aka ram) but you have a big bottleneck, the Graphic and this can't be upgraded; honestly your laptop model is not suitable to play modern 3D games.

    @IronFly

    Thanks for Response

    That means RAM is the only thing i can Upgrade for my Laptop?
    If i want to Upgrade my 4GB RAM to 8GB, Should i stick to the Speed of the Original RAM?
    Like maintain its 2133mHz ? :3

    Ram upgrade will help for sure and if you want a "snappier" laptop, you can add a M.2 SSD SATA III MLC (you need to check if the port is available, on your model is near the ram slots.
    SSD will be way faster to load OS and applications.

    Ram can be increased up to 16GBx2 module, 2133Mhz and 1.35 or 1.5v

    In upgrading my RAM, Do i need to stick to default 2133mHz or can i replace it with 8GB 1600mHz?

    2133mhz is better for compatibility.

    Is it possible to use eGPU in my Laptop ?
    I heard some are using those to beef up gaming potential of their Laptops.

    I think it will just be fine but your 2400mhz will downclock to 2133mhz.
