I was just wondering, if turn on/off my computer multiple times per day, using the build in function to acomplish this (start menu, power, shutdown) could cause any harm immediatly, or in the future? Like will it cause stress on GPU, GPU, Motherboard or anything like that? Thank you in advance for your answers.

    Hi,

It will not affect the hardware but the Operating system will report that it didn't shutdown properly in Reliability monitor, what is the reason behind not using Windows to shut down?

Sorry, I have been shutting down properly, (windows, power, shut down) I was just wondering if doing it frequently would/could cause any issues to the computer, software, or hardware releated.

Temperature jumps from 20°C to 90°C and back definitely can make CPU/GPU life shorter. But this is laptop destiny.
