    ok, i did a mistake.

this is the correct link, your ethernet adapter is Broadcom not Realtek.

    https://docs.broadcom.com/docs-and-downloads/docs/eula_download/570x/win_b57_x64-17.2.0.2.zip

    and do the following:

    1. Go to Network Settings and click Change Adapter Options
    2. Right-click on the Ethernet/Local Area Connection device and select Properties
    3. Click on Configure and go to the Drivers Tab
    4. Click on Update Driver and then select Browse My Computer
    5. Select "Let me pick from a list..." and then select Have Disk
    6. Locate the downloaded driver file (b57nd60a.inf) and select OK
    7. You will now see a long list of drivers: Select Broadcom Netlink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet (about 1/3 of the way down on my list).
    8. Click Next and you should be good to go!

Also my thanks to you Ironfly,

I had the same issue, loosing the default gateway all the time. It seems that a lot of people have the same issue.

I checked all cables, checked switch and tried another computer that worked without a problem! So I defined it had to be my Acer Aspire V3-517G with Windows 10 that had a problem.

I checked the drivers, Windows insisted that I had the latest and best drivers. No result, switching of the energy saving mode, no solution.

I tried to find the correct drivers on the broadcom and Acer websites. Didn't find any better ones.

After searching the web for several days to solve this problem I found this post.

    So, once again, thanks.
