BSOD Memory Management Issues Windows 10 Aspire FIH57

Hi,

I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 recently and have encountered various BSOD issues. Typically it would be a warning about Faulty Hardware Corrupted Page but occasionally, it has also given IRQL Not Less or Equal errors. I have been in contact with Microsoft and have run various fixes including Troubleshooting to fix/update all drivers, sfc /scannow & dism.exe/online /cleanup-image /restorehealth where no errors have been found.

Today I received a new error when the computer crashed, namely a Memory Management error.

I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic which reported the following:

Your computer has a memory problem

Memory problems can cause your computer to lose information or stop working. To identify and repair the problem, contact the computer manufacturer.

Has anyone come across this problem before and if so, what's the next step?

Any and all help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

    99% a bad ram module.

if your system has 2 ram module, you can try to boot with just one and did a windows memory test and see which one is having issues.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
