To find your current BIOS version in windows 10...

Right click on windows start button

    Left click on run

    type msinfo32

    click ok

ok, you need to format an USB flash drive to FAT32.

plug your USB flash drive to your PC, on file explorer, right click the USB flash drive, choose format, on file system choose FAT32, then press OK.

once formatted, copy the 2 BIOS folders (ROM - WIN) to your USB flash drive, on file explorer take note of the USB flash drive letter (D: or E: or somthing else)

    then

press windows key logo + x

    choose Command prompt (admin)

    click yes on the prompt

a command prompt window will appear

    now type

x:     (x is the letter of your USB flash drive from file explorer)

    now type

    cd \win

    now type

    flash

    click yes on the prompt

the BIOS flash process will start, please follow onscreen instructions, once rebooted to a text screen press Del to enter BIOS, press F9 to load defaults, press F10 to save and exit.

the system will reboot to your OS.
