Aspire E14 (E5-473G-32HE) did not come with Acer Crystal. It only have a webcam that can not be turned-on. I checked driver and it shows only HD Webcam Installed correctly. Yet can not be turned on and the turned on settings can not still turn on the camera. LINE and Skype says "camera canot turn-on". The ridiculus part is, acer driver support does not even support the camera hardware. I cant find a webcam in their driver list downloads.

    zeexui,

There should be a driver listed under the imaging devices section of the Device Manager. Try removing the driver and restarting to let the operating system reload it.

    Hi,

Nope it was not resolve. I uninstalled the driver and restarted the PC hoping that the system would automatically detect a webcam and auto-seach a driver but lo and behold it did nothing. Now, I my camera is gone. Its not even listed in the device manager. Now I am beginning to regret buying Acer. This very simple feature Acer people have neglected to make it simple.

After 2 weeks, Acer Thailand responded to my SOS but since they can not really understand English, they dont understand the meaning of my complaint. Its not really advisable buying Acer products in Thailand especially they dont have English customer Support. I am so much frustrated of this situation. My MSI netbook is more far more user friendly that this high-eng NOT friendly user Acer Aspire E 14. MSI laptop can turn on their webcam in just Fn + F3. But this Acer E14. there's no way to turn in on. Thailand support says this model was built with no such camera switch. How lame!
