Hi guys! Ineed your help!
Lately my mouse (cursor) started to freeze. It looks like every second cursor freeze for a little bit and it goes again every 1-2 seconds. First i thought it just a battery from my mouse is discharged, but when i plug in different mouse - the problem persists. Then i tried touch-pad - same issue.
I have a Windows 10 and all upgrades installed. CPU works around 8%, RAM 35%, HDD 0%. All programs are turned off.
Here's the link to video, how it looks like (In the video, I was constantly move the mouse without stopping). Sorry for quality: https://youtu.be/ClCjBTTwpS4

Guys, i solved this problem by reinstalling realtek drivers. Those freezes happens because of FMAPP.exe (In task manager) if you manually stop it - freezes go away. But it helps until you reboot your computer.
I deleted realtek drivers and reinstall old version through "Acer Recovery Management" (c:/Ptogram Files/Acer). And now freezes disappear.

    MirusDark,

Did you have this problem before you upgraded to Windows 10? I would suggest that you uninstall the touch pad drivers and let Windows 10 install them, see if that resolves it. If it does, do the same thing for your external mouse.

I have the same problem. I had no similar problem before upgrading to Windows 10 (Now, I run Windows 10 after a "factory reset" reinstalation, because an upgrade was not fully satisfactory). I found out that problem can be caused by drivers of a sound card.

Sometimes a pointer moves in normal way (without freezing), but when I start playing some music (for example Windows Media Player) or when I play a video with sound, freezing is back again.

Also, there is an czech article on http://idnes.cz/OTMcr , where the problem is described and published to wide audience.

i know the solution is there. but i'd also like to point out that i got into the same problem, it was the same realtek's driver

by ending realtek's .exe in task manager manage to temporarily put it away

    how i solved it?

i downloaded windows 8.1's sound driver and reinstall it. it solved my problem.

    Hi rufaz,

did you use the 6.0.1.7027 Realtek's driver? Or did you use some general Microsoft's driver?

    Thanks in advance

yep, i downloaded the 7027 version from acer website. worked well for me.

apart from that, i also reinstalled the dolby thingy. it is in; ds1 folder ->x64 -> any one in this folder. they're the same exact thing.
